The pneumatic plug type G is used for the temporary filling of pipes with circular section such as pipelines, gas pipelines at relatively high pressures; for this purpose the cap is equipped with 2 bands that improve the seal to the residual pressure present in the pipe. The stopper is made of synthetic fabric covered with plastomers resistant to hydrocarbons; the expansion of its diameter is such as to allow perfect tightness in the pipe.

After the correct positioning of the stopper in the pipe with the help of the appropriate handles, the cap is inflatable with air/ nitrogen through a flexible tube with valve and safety relief valve.
